Yes, you can pick up all your rental equipment until 19:30 the evening before your ski day at no extra charge. That way you won't lose time in the morning cold and rental crowds at Erciyes Ski Center. At our store on the Kayseri–Erciyes road (Melikgazi), you can try on your boots in a relaxed setting, choose the set that suits your build and level, have your DIN (safety binding) setting adjusted, and head straight to the slopes in the morning.

Our rates are set against the current seasonal average prices of rental points at Erciyes Ski Center, giving our guests direct savings of up to 40%. Without the high operating costs on the mountain, you rent well-maintained equipment on much more affordable terms at our store on the Kayseri–Erciyes road. The prices shown on our website and in our store are transparent; there are no hidden fees added later for binding adjustment, poles or pick-up.

Yes. Before the season, all our ski bindings are removed in our workshop, checked for rust, cleaned, lubricated with grease and put through calibration tests. At pick-up, our team sets the DIN (safety release) value for your height, weight and slope experience. This way, the bindings keep your foot secure during normal skiing but release it in a hard fall or a twisting motion, reducing the risk of knee injury.

Hygiene is a core principle we never compromise on; you will never get damp, cold or undisinfected boots from our store. Every boot that comes back from the slopes is disinfected with special solutions to prevent bacteria and odor, then dried right through to the inner liner in hot-air dryers. Rental helmets and clothing are disinfected with the same care and prepared dry and hygienic for the next guest.

Yes. From age 3 up, we offer lightweight skis, flexible kids' snowboards, small-size boots and protective gear for every age group. Bindings are prepared with a low-release DIN setting tailored to the child's height and weight to protect wrists and knees in a fall. Certified helmets and waterproof, windproof kids' snowsuits and jackets are also available to rent.

There is no extra charge for surface scratches on the base that come from normal use on Erciyes slopes and don't involve deep gouges. Scratches like these are repaired with P-Tex in our own workshop as part of routine servicing. Only in exceptional cases, such as irreparable body breakage caused by user fault, severe edge damage or lost equipment, do we assess the situation transparently with the guest.

Yes. You can make a reservation through the booking system on our website without any prepayment and without entering credit card details. Just enter your ski dates and equipment preferences to reserve your sets in your name. You pay in cash or by credit card when you come to our store, after you've seen and are happy with your equipment. That way you won't risk being left without a set during busy periods like weekends and the mid-term school break.

You can book through our WhatsApp line by sending your height, weight, shoe size and ski dates; our team will have the best-fitting set ready for you in advance. If there's a pair of boots or skis you rented before and were happy with, send us a photo and we'll reserve the same equipment in your name, subject to availability. That way you can head straight to the slopes with the gear you're used to, without searching for sizes in the store all over again.

Yes. Rentals of 2 days or more get better rates, and rentals of 3 days or longer get an additional 10% off list prices. For multi-day rentals, you don't need to bring the equipment back to the store every evening; your sets can stay with you or at your hotel for the whole rental period. You simply return everything in one go on the last day of your trip.

Yes. You can rent waterproof and windproof ski jackets, ski pants, certified helmets and UV-protective goggles from our store. Even if you have no winter gear with you, you can get fully kitted out from head to toe with clean, disinfected clothing in all sizes for kids and adults.
