The ski season at Erciyes Ski Resort usually opens in the first half of December, depending on snow, and runs until late March or April while conditions allow. The exact opening date is announced each year by Erciyes A.Ş. With a summit of 3,917 metres and more than 150 snowmaking machines, Erciyes is one of the earliest resorts in Turkey to open.
