The first rule for a safe and enjoyable day at Erciyes Ski Resort is a well-fitting boot with the right flex (stiffness). The wrong boot means less control and, often, sore feet that end your day early.
Flex Ratings and Skill Levels
- Soft flex (women 60-80 / men 70-90): For beginners, relaxed skiers and lighter guests. Forgiving and easy on the ankles.
- Medium flex (women 90-100 / men 100-110): For intermediate skiers who can link basic turns. Balances comfort and speed control.
- Stiff flex (120+): For advanced skiers on fast, steep runs. Transfers energy directly to the ski.
